With over two decades of experience spanning security leadership, human performance, and organizational excellence, I focus on protecting and elevating what matters most—people, assets, and potential.
As a former U.S. Marine and Senior Director of Global Security, I have led complex, high-impact programs across Fortune 500 organizations and dynamic risk environments. My experience includes global security operations, GSOC development, workplace violence prevention, executive protection, risk assessments, crisis management, and enterprise-wide security strategy. I am known for building scalable programs, leading high-performing teams, and driving cross-functional alignment to create resilient, secure organizations.
In addition to my corporate leadership, I provide physical security consulting and training, supporting organizations in strengthening their security posture through risk assessments, program development, and compliance-driven solutions. I also partner with Chase Hughes to deliver advanced training in human behavior, influence, and behavioral analysis, equipping professionals with critical skills to better understand, assess, and respond to human dynamics in high-stakes environments.
As the Founder of Elevated Potential, I work with executives, veterans, and high-performing individuals to unlock higher levels of clarity, confidence, and execution.
