Join the ASIS SFBA Chapter Military Outreach Committee for an in-depth discussion on how the military prepared our panelists for their careers in the security industry.  We are pleased to have a panel that consists of each military branch, as well as a diversified background in areas such as Executive Protection, Investigations, Intelligence, Security Operations, Security Consulting, Risk Management, and more.

The presentation will provide you with an opportunity to understand the skills that are required for a long, successful career in the security industry.  We aim to help those interested in transitioning to the private security industry to understand the depth, various sectors, as well as providing some educational and professional resources available to you as current and former members of the armed forces community.

We are pleased to have Scot Walker, Avery Bustamante,  Dan Wallace CPP, Jerry Jacobs, and Joseph Desmarais CPP, CBCP presenting on this panel and providing insights on their own transition and development in the private sector.  All are seasoned security professionals and are active in the greater Bay Area.  The event will be moderated by Nabih Numair CPP.

This event is open to all and free for all attendees.  Please send any questions for our panel to [email protected].
